The concrete jungle of New York City may not seem like a place where you’d find a team of designers dedicated to producing vibrant landscapes, but for Town and Gardens, Ltd., this reversal of expectations isn’t the only way they break the mold. To solve a common disconnect between an imagined design and a practical landscape, Town and Gardens evolved their firm into a design/build practice, collaborating with both construction teams and materials vendors to produce artful and viable solutions that enliven the Manhattan cityscape and beyond.
