BuildingSMART conference in Germany

Our VP of Integrated Practice, Robert Anderson, was invited to speak at the BuildingSMART conference in Germany, an event focused on BIM, Building Information Modeling. Robert spoke about recent interoperability (IFC) activities involving Vectorworks, including BIMstorm, the Stockholm interchange event of September 2008, AECOO, and various GSA initiatives. He also, "exhorted the assembled company" (his words) to make IFC a better standard for product data and, of course, plug Vectorworks as a BIM platform. Go Robert! Read More
