Last week (June 13-17), we asked members of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD), both online and those attending the 2011 APLD International Design Conference, to share their thoughts regarding either best practices for using CAD or concerns about making the switch from hand drawing to CAD. Participants posted their comments to the Vectorworks-CAD Software LinkedIn group and to the Vectorworks Facebook page. The 2011 Northwest Flower & Garden Show was held February 23-27 at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle. The theme for this year's show was “Once Upon a Time...Spectacular Gardens with Stories To Tell” and, for the first time, the show teamed up with landscape designers to create its own Signature Garden.
