The Stagecraft Institute of Las Vegas (SILV) equips young professionals with the technology and experience needed to succeed in entertainment production.
It’s that time of year again, and the third year that we are sponsoring awards at the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival (KCACTF). KCACTF is designed to celebrate college theater in the United States and help students develop their creative and technical skills. Coincidentally, this year marks the 50th anniversary of this national program.
Our last SILV student is Maile Varian, a junior at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point, where she studies lighting design and technology.
Recently, Frank Brault, our product marketing manager for entertainment, spent two weeks helping young professionals learn the ins-and-outs of Vectorworks and Vision at the annual Stagecraft Institute of Las Vegas event (SILV).
The next generation of designers will always have our support, so we’re proud to continue our partnership with the Stagecraft Institute of Las Vegas (SILV) for the fourth consecutive year.
For the second year in a row, we are proud to sponsor the awards at the annual Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival (KCACTF). From January 9 to March 3, 2018, thousands of talented student artists, from eight regions across the United States, will have the chance to showcase their work.
Since the launch of the 2017 version of Vectorworks software last September, celebrations and learning opportunities continue popping up around the world. Let’s take a quick trip across the globe to see how designers are sharing their excitement about the new tools and features in the latest version of the Vectorworks line of products.
Cue the spotlight! This year, we’re helping put students center stage at the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival (KCACTF) by sponsoring awards at KCACTF’s eight regional festivals.
